Actor Sung-hoon, who has recently gained a lot of popularity through dramas and entertainment programs, became an ambassador of the Gwangju2019 FINA World Championships on April 24.
As the ambassador, Sung-hoon will be participating in major events at home and abroad while also making appearances in online videos and offline promotions to raise the public interest on the competition and create a boom.
Through constant collaboration with the Organizing Committee for the Gwangju 2019 , Seven Hundred agreed to the fact that Sung-hoon is an actor who best matches the image of the competition and confirmed his appointment as an ambassador. Ever since, the committee and Seven Hundred had spent two months since February to contact and begin talks with Sung-hoon.
Before the appointment ceremony, Seven Hundred performed a shooting and filming session with Sung-hoon at a studio in Sinsa-dong to create SNS PR videos, interview videos, and photos for the Gwangju Swimming Competition.
Thanks to Sung-hoon’s bright personality, the atmosphere of the photo shooting session was very good, and it is expected that he will make a big contribution to the competition in the future.
Lee Kyu-sang, the CEO of Seven Hundred, has successfully operated the entire project by utilizing his past experience where he appointed 50 ambassadors (i.e. Kim Yu-na, Sean, Taeyang, Ryu Hyun-jin, Choo Shin-soo, Lee Min-ho, Kim Woo-bin, and AOA) to the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games and managed the entire process.
